Pricing - Garnishment, Offer in Compromise, Services
How much will you have to pay for my services?  That depends on how long you have ignored the IRS or State notices and telephone calls.  If you have worked with the IRS before, have gone through several revenue agents, or have defaulted on prior agreements, your bill will be higher, because it will take more time to offset what has gone on before.  If you have six years of tax returns to file, it will cost more, because there is more work to do.  If you are self-employed, that requires two sets of financial statements, and costs more.  If you qualify to file an Offer in Compromise, it will cost more.  Each case depends on the facts and circumstances.  One flat rate for everything is not possible.

This type of work requires a high level of knowledge, skill, and experience.  Premium rates are charged, because we are dealing with the highest levels of the Internal Revenue Service.  I quote fees only after getting enough information about your situation, either by e-mail or telephone.  Each case depends on the facts and circumstances.  After getting the facts about your tax problem, I will quote you a price. And I will be the one to handle your problem.

This repeats something I mentioned elsewhere on this site:  DO NOT SIGN A BIG CONTRACT FOR SERVICES ON YOUR FIRST CONTACT. Except for a wage garnishment or bank account levy, the time pressure is not so great that you must sign immediately.  Get a figure and think about it.  If you are pressured to sign right now, think used car salesman...and think about it one more day!
