Special Notice 2: BANKRUPTCY: The new law is now in effect, so bankruptcy planning will have many changes. It will not be as simple as it was before. Planning will be much more complicated. I will update the BK page as soon as I get several more courses under my belt. You will get the straight information here, but only as to how it affects your income taxes. An attorney MUST be contacted for all other bankruptcy matters.

Misc Notice 1: ARE YOU MY CLIENT?: Nope! As with the hundreds of other Tax Intervention Practitioners on the web (and that includes Attorneys, too,) you only become a client when (1) you sign an Engagement Agreement that spells out exactly what I will do, and (2) a Retainer is received. When both those conditions are met, you become a client.

Misc Notice 2: PAYMENTS: Work will not start until I have received the initial retainer. If you do not make the required payments to me, I will to cease work on your account, and revoke my Power of Attorney with the Internal Revenue Service.
