Special Notice 2: BANKRUPTCY: The new law is now in effect, so bankruptcy planning will have many changes. It is not be as simple as before. Planning is more complicated. Misc Notice 1: ARE YOU MY CLIENT?: Nope! As with the hundreds of other Tax Intervention Practitioners on the web (and that includes Attorneys, too,) you only become a client when (1) you sign an Engagement Agreement that spells out exactly what I will do, and (2) a Retainer is received. When both those conditions are met, you become a client.

Misc Notice 2: PAYMENTS: Work will not start until I have received the initial retainer. If you do not make the required payments to me, I reserve the right, after ten days, to cease work on your account, and to revoke my Power of Attorney with the Internal Revenue Service.

Misc Notice 3: On your initial contact with me, I may tell you that you can handle this by yourself. And then I will tell you, at no charge, exactly what to do. If you don't make the call, you won't won't get that chance,
